People often make me feel like a weirdo

But just how they all too often make me feel.......

To me it is with a deep concern that it can be read in articles that our insects are in decline and I think it should be clear to everyone, that something have to be done about that, but often I get the feeling that, it is not generally accepted that it matters, also to me personally and that I want to do something about it. I have actually been suggested to get a hobby instead, like shopping, been there, done that, but that is without content and it is really just a part of the problem, besides why do just I have to spend my time and energy shopping for shit I don't need? And why such a desire can get professionals, to seek out others, in such an unacceptable way that you have to tell this person, don't  look me up again, not EVER, I just don't get.

I have got it thrown in my face, that I would help far more without my big car, expensive wines and luxury holidays, which is far above the target in my case, since I have never owned anything other than a bus card and a bicycle, and vacations vice in more than fifty years, only has been on 1-2 vacations every decade and mostly in my own region of my country.

Here I have spent a few weeks one summer, a very luxurious cabin in an exotic destination............................... truly luxury having to shit behind a bush in the rain at night

The point to this, you tell me, what is weird about by loving our home, the earth, with all its creations and wanting to take care of this only home we will ever have?

And if there is nothing wrong with this, why do people go so great a length, in speech and action, to make me feel like weirdo and to place me on the wrong side of the fence?

There is nothing wrong in wanting to do good, to use life for something that is important to you, something that makes sense, something that gives meaning to your life. Besides this is my home too and I have a right to do something, with the few funds I have available, no one has to be an expert just to care, no one has to be an expert to participate in something that concerns us all.
